Development of e-reader at 300 dpi
When two companies come together to work together for a timely product, surely something good will be born, and that is precisely what is grabbing E-Ink Holdings Inc. and Seiko Epson Corporation (Epson E-Ink and for friends).
As shown, this is an e-reader that has the great feature of having a 300 dpi screen, much more than the traditional 160 dpi (or less) with other e-reader. This figure comes in a 9.68 inch screen with a resolution of 2,400 x 1,650 pixels that does not require backlighting, allowing a much sharper display and accurate.
Most will work the E-Ink and they will take over the manufacture, sale and service of the screens, while Epson is in charge of the delicate task of developing the controller chip.
Only hope that some e-reader comes to market with these screens highlight insurance compared to the rest.
