The Think Pad E220s has an excellent balance between size and performance, with a large keypad, touch screen and all necessary ports easily accessible positions.

The bad: Despite its low-voltage processor, the E220s has worse battery life of other ultra portables such as the Sam-sung  Series 9.

The bottom line: The balance between the ultra -portable and full size, the 12 -inch Think Pad E220s offers a very compact computing experience together with a fancy design, marred only by poor battery life.

Review: For some people, a laptop must be a full-fledged computer that offers portability as a secondary factor.  For others, the portability takes center stage at the expense of performance.  Ideally we would like to have both, a degree of compromise is always necessary
