Some BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry OS 7 operating system were off loading alone. Specifically it is BlackBerry models 9900 and 9930 Bold. At that time RIM had no comment. But now the Canadian company has come to confirm the incident saying it is something that happens to a limited number of clients and are actively working to fix the problem.
