ARM Windows 8 for normal programs

For the advanced reader in technical terms, we summarize a bit the situation of being the next Windows operating system, which comes with a big change, having a version for ARM CPU.
It turns out that all versions of Windows since its inception, are built based on the performance of the x86 architecture processors which have evolved, but its foundation remains the same. On the other hand there is a call ARM architecture in which a system can not run Windows, at least until Windows 8 comes out and if that will for the first time in history, a version that if it worked in this type of processors, which prevail widely in smartphones and tablets which is exactly the market they want to go Microsoft.
The problem is that the usual programs which are used to and that can be installed in older versions like Windows 2000 to the latest Windows 7, now will not work in this version for Windows ARM however whatsoever. In short, each program must be made ??specifically for the version of Windows 8 because traditional ARM will be impossible to install or run.
